Special 2020 GMB Optimisation Promotion

What we do:

  1. In addition to your primary category we will choose up to 10 categories to further promote the services your business performs.
  2. Check your service area information and add other areas that you serve (max 20).
  3. Check and update your business and special hours.
  4. Add a profile short name to make it easier for customers to find and follow your business on Maps and Search.
  5. Add a link to an appointments page to let customers make appointments through Google.
  6. To get you started, showcase one of your products. This is in beta so it is not available across all listings.
  7. Add additional services you offer to your categories to make it easier for customers to find the services they need and generate more relevant leads for those services. Includes adding basic service descriptions.
  8. Add or update your business description. We copy your business description from your website or obtain a copy of the description from you. It is important to include relevant keywords customers would use to find your business in your description. Google now gives you 750 characters to describe your business, products and services.
  9. Upload more or better images (max 10) + apply a little optimisation secret to each image. If you are within Greater Melbourne we can organise a time to visit your location to take interior shots of your office/showroom and or take exterior shots of your building so customers know which building is yours. Do you have team photos, product photos or on-site work photos? If so, we will contact you to organise the best method of delivery. Did you know other people can upload images to your GMB listing? We will review all your photos and check for images of poor quality or posted by mistake.
  10. Upload your videos – send us your videos (max 2). It could be the icing on the cake in whether a buyer chooses you over a competitor.
  11. Check/update the cover photo and logo to best represent your business. A cover photo displays at the top of the profile.
  12. Check ratings and reviews and inform you of the reviews requiring a response. It is very important to respond to all reviews, whether positive or negative. Quite often this can be a deciding factor in whether or not a buyer engages with your business. To share your business profile and get feedback from past customers we will provide you with your GMB Share your Business Profile link.
  13. Create a post to promote a special event, a product, or announce a new sale or special offer. In creating posts, this provides your business with a golden opportunity to boost your traffic by informing all your visitors about you, your products and your services. Each post last 7 days.
  14. Check to see if your attributes are up to date (only if it applies).
  15. Q&A – are they quality owner verified answers? Check and provide answers.
  16. Check/update or add business information on Apple Maps IOS app. Quite often Apple Maps contain errors or missing business information.
